MCIPD qualified through experience, with over 13 years’ hands‑on expertise across all areas of human resources. I am currently completing a Master’s in Law, bringing advanced knowledge of employment legislation and legal principles to every project. My own professional journey shaped how I work: I am dedicated to building fair, inclusive and legally sound people practices that truly work.
